Extended 30-Day Commercial Return WindowAs a voluntary customer benefit, we offer an extended return period of 30 days from receipt of order for unused and resellable items, beyond the statutory 14-day period.Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted, without prejudice to your statutory rights for faulty goods.

Faulty & Non-Conforming GoodsFor defective, damaged or not-as-described goods, you retain permanent statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, regardless of the above time limits.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in a resellable condition may not be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, exchange or order cancellation, please email us at smartaccesshoo@outlook.com, stating your order number, reason for return/cancellation, and attaching images or a video of the product.
If your request is accepted, we will send you official return instructions. Items sent back to us without prior written request will not be accepted.
Shipping Fee Rules:
- Customer-initiated return (change of mind within 14–30 days): You are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Our error (damaged in transit, incorrect item, faulty goods): Return shipping is fully covered by us.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If your item(s) arrive damaged or with quality issues, send clear photos and videos with a brief description to smartaccesshoo@outlook.com within 24 hours of delivery to validate your damage claim.
Exchange Products:
If you prefer to exchange an item, please clearly indicate your exchange request when submitting a return application. Exchanges are subject to current product stock availability.
Order Cancellations (Revised & Singapore Legal Compliant):
In accordance with Singapore consumer law, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods.
Orders can be cancelled within the statutory cooling-off period. If you need to cancel an unshipped order, please contact our customer service immediately with your order details.
Received the Wrong Product:
We follow strict order picking procedures, but errors may occasionally occur. You may choose either:
- Keep the incorrect item and receive a reasonable partial refund;
- Return the incorrect item for a replacement or a full refund.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will arrange correct item delivery or full refund processing.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned goods to confirm approval.
All approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days (Singapore legal requirement), and normally completed in 5–7 business days.
Bank or card issuer processing times may cause minor delays.
If more than 7 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us promptly at smartaccesshoo@outlook.com.
