Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends (Saturdays, Sundays) or Singapore nationally observed holidays.

2. Item Availability & Shipping Timing

In-stock items: Shipped within 7 business days of order processing completion.

Backordered/pre-ordered items: Shipping lead times vary by product. Once the item is restocked, it will be shipped within 7 business days, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

You can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. Shipping times are calculated based on the date the package is dispatched (excluding processing time):

4. Important Shipping Notes

We do not dispatch shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or Singapore nationally observed holidays.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather conditions, peak seasons).

A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your order is shipped. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the delay or issue is caused by our error.
